* In my own words, Ziply Fiber whole Wifi provides fast, consistent and reliable WiFi connections for every room of the house/. 

WiFi- uses radio frequencies to send signals wirelessly to connect computers, tablets, smartphone, and other devices to the internet. 

Dead Zone- is an area where there is a little to no WiFi signal. 

Router- is a device that connects to the internet to communicate between the internet and the devices in the home.

Ziply Gateway- is the ziply router otherwise known as the Home Networking Service. Its is required for the customer to sign up for the Whole Home Wifi.

*  Before concluding which part of the house where mesh extender to be put on, Sally should've have assess, what type of the house does Carl have. Because there will be a WiFi dead zones on part of the room which to be prioritize in installing the mesh. 

* Betsy provide an inaccurate information to Bob, where in installation should be done if Bob was at Home or if there is available person which is on legal age that can accommodate the technician, our Ziply Fiber technician will install a Ziply Fiber WiFi router and WiFi extenders, if necessary, to provide you with the best WiFi coverage.

* Jane shouldn't said to Lane that she is not a good candidate for Ziply Home WiFi because of having issue with the internet and having a larger home that affects the connection. We known that  Ziply Fiber WiFi router and WiFi extenders, when necessary, for Whole Home WiFi coverage, wherein Lane can be cater of the Ziply Home WiFi.


WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND?
