To pick up tickets at Will Call, the fan may be required to present the below items:

Note: This applies to PayPal and Apple Pay orders as well.

A valid state or government issued photo ID, driver's license, or passport.
State Photo ID:
If the fan is a resident of the United States.
Government Issued Photo ID
If the fan is a resident of Canada or another country.
Note: A valid ID must be duly issued by a government agency and include a photo and a signature.
The card used to purchase the tickets, a photo of the card (front and back), or a Bank billing statement that shows proof of purchase will be valid to use when picking up tickets.
Their Ticketmaster Order Confirmation Number.
i.e. 12-34567/NY1
If the fan is not able to present the required documents, the venue will not release the tickets.
