Due to high demand, your device may not be available for immediate shipping. Once we are able to complete your order, you will receive a notification in the form of a text message or email address when your product have shipped.

We've already raised this high-demand issue with the manufacturer and we are doing whatever we can to get the devices on behalf of our customers

We surely don't want you to wait, it just so happens that we also rely based on the device availability provided by the manufacturer. You are one of the bulk of customers who are also waiting to have their phone delivered and I personally hope we'll be able to ship this the soonest possible date.

We appreciate your patience. Upon checking, it is indeed in backordered. Original estimated ship date is 11/22 - 11/28. There is still possibility that it will be delivered sooner than expected.

As we checked, Apple is getting ready for their Black Friday offer as well. We are still waiting for the batches coming from them and we do apologize for the delay.

What's good thing about this delay is that our Development Teams are also getting ready for Black Friday offers. If ever we get that posted sooner, you may cancel the order and take advantage of upcoming offers that we will have.
