Papaya is a third party bill pay service, we pay bills directly from the app making bill payments faster and more convenient for the user, and u will upload photo of a bill and the papaya will process the bill to the provider.
 
If the subscription is accepted, the system uses the payment information you provided for your bill to process subscription charges. If a charge attempt fails due to a declined or canceled card, the system may reattempt the charge while the subscription remains active. Since a new card may be linked to the same bank account, any active subscription charges could carry over to the newly issued card.
