SIV-triggered sellers are required to submit a copy of their personal identity document (e.g. national ID) and a copy of an additional document which could be a bank account statement, credit card statement, or business license.

If you triggered SIV after reactivating an inactive account will see a banner on their Account Information page in Seller Central informing them of the need for verification.

Please know, you can submit your documents via a banner link on the Account Information page in Seller Central.

Further more as per your concern on your Legal entity, If you would like to make changes you will under go Tax interview once again.
