UPGRADE

• an exchange for a product that is more expensive
• Product upgrades go into the effect immediately
• prorated price for new product

DOWNGRADE

• an exchange for a product that is of a lower cost or free
• do not go into effect immediately
• monthly subscription will have access to the paid product until the end of the month's billing cycle before cancelled.

Product Exchanges for Military Personnel

• Offer Equifax Credit Watch Gold for Active Duty Military a free product for military personnel (ID Theft Insurance $25k)
• if consumer decided to switch
• give the consumer refund for the length of the time they paid for the product
• immediately cancelled
• free product should be ordered

PRODUCT EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

• system will show available options and Product upgrades will go into the effect immediately.
• majority of products can be only downgrade to Equifax Core Credit
