Attendance - I wont be absent if not necessary or important, also I will drink vitamins for me to be healthy and to avoid absenteeism. Lastly, I'll wake up early and prepare myself and to go to work 1 hour prior to my shift to avoid being late.
Quality - will Make sure to always Double check my resolved ticket and focus more during work to avoid MD/AF. Also I make sure that I always utilize the shelf/HQ for me to be updated if there's a new process. Lastly I will make sure to always ask a Question if I have any confusion with the process.
Productivity - Ill Make sure to hit the daily target resolve, also I'll strive more to resolve a lot of tickets for me to hit the daily target and to pass the productivity for this month and to have incentives.
