Troubleshooting: The customer contacted Sprinklr regarding the issue with his washing machine. The customer was able to check the drum for any foreign objects and inspected the load side, ensuring that the laundry is evenly distributed within the drum. There are no visible signs of damage or unusual wear inside the drum. Additionally, the customer successfully ran a tub clean cycle. The hoses at the back are properly connected and show no signs of damage. The unit is properly leveled and has the recommended space around it. Notably, the noise does not occur when turning the drum by hand.
