Here's the steps to get your transfer Pin

1.Download and log in to the T-Mobile app.

2.Select Account or More.

3.Select Profile Settings.

4.Select Line Settings.

5.Select Request a transfer PIN.

6.Customer will be directed to verify their identity

7.Have the customer select a phone number to receive a text OTP

8.Select Continue

9.Customer will need to enter 6-digit OTP

10.Select Continue

11.Select Get a transfer PIN

12.You need to provide that PIN to their New Service Provider
