• E-ZPass:

- Remove all fees if customer pays while on the phone.

• Non-E-ZPass:

- Reduce all fees to the lowest fee the customer has on all 
outstanding trips. Payment must be taken while on the call.

• Always advise the customer of any trips that have not been invoiced yet and try to 
collect payment. Advise that once an invoice is generated the fee will be higher.
