CLIENT || POLICY DETAIL PAGE

- Random Prioritizes Already Selected Employees - Encourages same employee selections between a DCCHT w/random and a DCC policy.
- Postpone Random Until After Last DCC Group Runs - Random selections for DCCHT w/randoms will not generate until the last DCC random selection. May provide a shorter DCCHT random window.
- Random Frequency-Frequency of a random program (ex; monthly)
- Controls Randoms for Client Policies - May assist with having similar employee selections for PHMSA and Client Required Alcohol only policy. Also utilized for clients with random boat generator program.
- Last Updated By/Last Update Time Stamp - Although not always accurate may indicate the last day and person that made changes. Review client account notes as well.

CLIENT || LOCATION DETAIL PAGE
- Location ID - IDs are system generated in numerical order; they can not be changed.
- Location Name - Updates must be requested through client updates.
- Location Address - Client services may update. CRL and Psychemedics receive real time address change updates. For all other labs Client Updates reviews a daily report of address, phone and fax number changes and notifies the lab.
- Make Primary Location - This indicates what location is the primary location. By default, employee's that test on paper forms will be placed under this location unless the "CCF and Forms Have Correct Location" setting is enabled. If ECCF is utilized the employee will be placed under the location selected during ECCF ordering regardless if this setting is enabled or if policy lab account numbers exist.

LAB
- Assigned lab for that policy. In rare cases the incorrect lab may be assigned and a request to client updates is needed to correct.
NOTE: Active lab account numbers and panels are only listed for policies that are applied to that location. If there is not a lab account number listed for that location and policy, a ECCF order can still be placed for the selected location and policy.
