Agenda: Graciela was heard by the other team shouting due to station shortage last Sept 23rd Saturday.

Actions taken: Ask the reason why she did that. And told her that she was heard swear words allegedly. Reminded her the COC that was included for it which is class D.

Validation as the interaction to her was not also good the reason that she raised her voice. Told her that regardless of the reason it can be settled in another way. I told her to manage her anger as this affects her work and her colleagues around her.

It was not my intention to shout and I did not swear or utter a curse. I was already logged in at that station since 4pm. My shift is 4pm to 1am. I was shocked to know that somebody restarted my pc while I was on my LUNCH BREAK. The guy was the one who used my station even if I left my fan in front of my station. He ignored the fact that my name is on the PC and did not apologize to me. I will avoid this situation moving forward because I am more tenured than them.
