✔ REPORT DESCRIPTION : The Inventory Ledger Report (ILR) is like a bank statement for a Seller's inventory that shows inventory movements to and from Amazon fulfillment centers.

✔ LOCATING THE REPORT : Fulfillment Reports are the reports that you can see in Seller Central if you click Reports > Fulfillment (Fulfillment By Amazon in some stores). This does not include FBA reports in Business Reports section and Inventory Reports in Inventory menu of Seller Central.

From the Amazon Fulfillment Reports page you can find the Inventory Ledger in the "Inventory" section of the left-hand menu.

✔ USING THE REPORT : There are two ways to view the Inventory Ledger: Summary View and Detail View.

Thank you for completing the FBA: Inventory Ledger Report training. Please review the training summary below before completing the satisfaction survey below!

• Use the Inventory Ledger Report to analyze inventory movements to and from Amazon fulfillment centers, including products that are sold, returned, removed, disposed, damaged, lost, and found. You can view all historical movements of inventory for 18 months in this report.

• The Inventory Ledger Report has two views: Summary and Detailed view to give historic and real time inventory picture. These views will replace six individual reports: Daily Inventory History, Monthly Inventory History, Inventory Event Detail, Inventory Adjustments, Inventory Reconciliation and Received Inventory Report.

• The previously used individual reports will be discontinued starting January 31, 2023. As Sellers experience issues with these reports refer to the SOP: FBA Fulfillment Reports to answer FAQs, troubleshoot, and more.
