5. Cancellation

I will definitely help you to get the Temporary Port-Out PIN. You can generate it using the T-Mobile Application under the Primary Account Holder Line and it will be valid within 7 days once you generate a code.

Just Make sure the T-Mobile app is on the latest version before attempting these steps.
Download and log in to the T-Mobile app .
Select Account.
Select Profile Settings.
Select Line Settings.
Select Request a transfer PIN.
Follow the directions on the screen

Cancellation:
Canceling a line on your account is the last thing we wanted to hear from you guys, but we respect your decisions.
If you don’t mind me asking, may I know the reason why you wanted to cancel it please?

For documentation purposes, If you’d like to cancel, we can help but just to make sure that I can offer anything, Is there someone else who can take over the line? Or can we actually convert it to another product type too - like a watch line or tablet line perhaps?
