A Change of Responsibility (COR) at T-Mobile is a process where billing responsibility for one or more lines is transferred from one person or business to another. We need to place a move authorization or release on ( line/s ) that you will need to move from your account to their own T-Mobile account. this will serve as a way to authorize the release of lines on your account. 2. Let the owner of the lines to call us at 1800 937 8997 and request to create their own account, while on the process let the future representative that they have an existing line that they need to get to transfer the line from your account to their newly created account (or their existing account) 3. Once the account has been created the ( line/s ) from your account will be move on the new account. Shall we proceed with placing a release on the line/s? ============================================================================== ADVISEMENT: Please follow this advisement that you need to know: You agree to allow T-Mobile to transfer your number ending in 5835 to a new customer and for us to discuss this transfer with them. Again, you will remain responsible for the mobile number and all charges on your account until the COR is complete. If the transfer of this number results in your account being cancelled, any outstanding installment balance that is not transferred will be reflected on your final bill and must be paid in full.
