Pay as a guest: via website: https://www.t-mobile.com/guestpay

Go to My T-Mobile. Click Pay as a Guest - No Login Required. Depending on which bill you'd like to pay for, choose T-Mobile or Sprint. Enter the mobile number or the account number you would like to make a payment for. Tap the 'I am not a robot' checkbox or answer the security challenge (i.e., tap image boxes that contain the descriptions). Click Next. Enter the payment amount and payment method details. Click Agree & Submit. The account holder will receive an automatic SMS notification of payment and email receipt if selected during the process.

via app: Open the T-Mobile app. On the app login screen, tap Pay as a guest. Depending on which bill you'd like to pay for, choose T-Mobile or Sprint. Enter the mobile number or the account number you would like to make a payment for. Re-enter the number to confirm. Tap the 'I am not a robot' checkbox or answer the security challenge (i.e., tap image boxes that contain the descriptions) and click verify. Click Next. Enter the payment amount. In the 'Payment details' field, tap Add a payment method. Select Apple Pay or Add a card.If adding a new card, enter your card details, then tap Select payment method. Enter your email address in the Email a receipt (optional) field if desired. The account holder will receive an automatic SMS notification of payment as well. Click Agree & Submit.

via app: Tap BILL. Scroll to and tap Make a payment. Select the amount to pay, the date to make the payment on, and the payment method. Tap Agree and Submit.

via website: Click BILL. Click Pay Now.
