i remember WhEN!!!!!!!!!!!!

i REMEMBER OUR SCHOOL DAYS WHEN WE WAS TOGETHER ONOUR FREE TIME. There was Sue Shirley(Dorsett),  Mary Ethel Sherfick (Guthrie) Clyde Flinn (My cousin)Logan and Jean and myself.  We had some good times together.  

One day toward the end of school . they had a fun day.  They had bicycle races.
Noone had a biccyle except those who lived in town.  Clyde wente home and gote his bike and Logan was his mechanic.  Don't remember much about the rest of the day.  Maybe you will

The day after Jake and I were married and Jean was my bridesmaid, you< Logan, was returning home w=from your Washington D.C. trip.  Charles Daniel was home on leave at the time so he was our best man.  He picked us up at our motel and tthe we came to pick you up.  It was your 18th birthday.  I am not sure where the was cloth came from now, but they washed your face for your birthday.  Guess that is all they had at the time.

I remember when you came to South Dakota on your homeymoon.  I was in the hospital after having Steve.  You brought a crate of strawberries and I could only find a few for us to eat after sitting  that lone.  I didn't get to be with you much before you had to leave.  Steve will be 70 years old on June 2.  He's still in Florida and they love iet there.

I remember when you came back to South Dakota to see the first grandaugher in the family.  Moether, Dad, Donald and Raymond F. rode in lawn chairs in back of the pick up, while you,Jean, and Roger rode up front.  What a long trip that had to be with no interstates!!!!!!!!!!!!  Jake took you on a few trips to see the country and I stayed at home most of the time with my babies.  I had two in diapers and Sharon was too little the have ou much.  Steve would have fared a little better except for diaper changes and nap time.  I did go to the Passion Play 
with you all, but it was cold and I decided to take the kids back to the car.  Jake wouldn't let me go alone and soon the rest of you froze out and we went hom without seeing the Play.  I never did get to see it!!!!!!!!!

Enough of I remember when.  I am so happy you have made it this far and hope you have many more healthy days to enjoy you years together.  Jake and I only made it to 53 1/2 years, but had a full ,good life together before GOD called him home.  I am thankful for the years we had and the memories we made.
