First ProPosal(Alex Omath)

Hi quick truth upfront, getting rejected at recruiter intro calls is rarely about skill, it’s almost always about signal clarity under pressure, and that’s a very fixable problem.

I’ve worked with engineers in a similar spot aiming for UK/EU roles, where their technical depth was solid but the first 5 10 minutes of conversation didn’t reflect it clearly enough, especially when English wasn’t flowing naturally yet. The work usually isn’t about memorizing answers, but tightening structure, pacing, and confidence so recruiters can quickly place you and are you mostly struggling with speed, wording, or losing structure when you’re nervous?

I’d approach this through realistic mock intro calls with direct, practical feedback, then gradually sharpening your 60–90 second intro and common screening answers so they sound natural and grounded do you want feedback mid-call, or only after like a real interview? And for the answer bank, do you want bullet anchors only, or short spoken-style samples you can rehearse aloud?

I come from a technical background working closely with software teams and recruiters, so I’m comfortable discussing APIs, system trade-offs, and real project impact without drifting into theory are you targeting backend, frontend, or full-stack roles mainly? And are you interviewing with agencies, in-house recruiters, or both?
