(If the customer asks if it will happen again):
That’s a great question. Once the subscription is active, it renews based on the billing cycle. But if it’s canceled, it won’t charge again. However, in the future, when you make a bill payment — either with your biller or with us — the Privacy Protection offer may still appear as a prompt. It won’t auto-subscribe you unless you choose to confirm it. I can also document your concern and flag this for further review if needed.
Our service automatically scans over 100 data brokers to detect any exposure of the user's information. Should any personal details be found exposed, our product automatically sends a removal request to the relevant sites. All we require is your name, age, and location before we get to work protecting your sensitive data! Privacy Protection subscribers can view their scanning and removal status in the Privacy tab in the Papaya Pay app.
You may have recently received a text message prompting you to pay a bill. This is because there’s an outstanding balance with your provider. If you’d like to make a payment through Papaya, you can do so by clicking the link in the message. Please note, Papaya doesn’t have details about your bill, so contact your biller for charge questions. Also, we can only process payments on your behalf using your funds—we do not provide financial assistance.
Papaya Pay is a third-party bill payment service that allows you to easily pay bills through our app or website: App: Download hereWeb: https://www.papayapay.com/webpay
You can upload nearly any bill — medical, utility, auto, mortgage, and more — whether it's paper or digital. Our goal is to make bill payments faster, easier, and less stressful.
Upon checking, the call is legitimate — it comes from our company. We use Papaya’s automated system to make calls on behalf of the biller when paying a bill, so it’s just our standard process.
QUESTION: Do you pay my bill and I pay back in payments?
We successfully submitted your payment through the biller’s system. However, the biller has not yet been able to confirm or process the payment on their end. Please note that the biller may only review and process submitted payments once or twice a week, which can cause a delay in the payment being reflected on your account.
Once the biller processes the payment, the status should be updated accordingly. We appreciate your patience while they complete their processing.
