Web Pickup Tickets are accessed and printed from the fan’s online account. No physical delivery; requires login to the purchase account.
USPS Hard stock tickets are mailed via United States Postal Service. Delivery takes 10-14 days from printing.
UPS Tickets are shipped via United Parcel Service to the billing address. Delivery is within 3-5 business days after printing; signature may be required.
WILL CALL Tickets are held at the venue box office for pickup before the event. Photo ID and purchase details are required at pickup.
Mobile Entry fans access tickets on their mobile device through their account. no printing or shipping required; entry is scanned from the device.
SMS Box A link to tickets is sent via SMS or email. Fans access barcodes through their account; setup may require agent assistance.
eTicket Bundle A flexible option allowing fans to choose between Print-at-Home and Mobile Entry. Available for online purchases only.
Delivery Method Details Web Pickup •It is a delivery method where tickets will not be “sent” but instead printed from a fan's My Account.
•Fan must purchase the ticket on ticketmaster.com or livenation.com
•The fan must sign into My Account with the same email used for purchase and locate the event.
•The fan may contact Fan Support Representatives if tickets were not received or can’t be printed.
•This delivery method is only available when tickets are purchased online.

USPS Delivery •It is a method of delivery where hard stock tickets get mailed with the receipt listing all charges a day after the purchase is completed.
•Mail is available up to 10-14 days before the event.
•When mail is available, fans can use the Ticketmaster’s self-service option online through My Account.
•The fan may contact Fan Support Representatives if tickets were not received.
•All tickets will be delivered within 10-14 days of printing.
💡 Fan Tip: Best for fans who prefer physical tickets and have sufficient time before the event. Recommend these for fans who value a tangible ticket or need a mailed option.
Will Call (Box Office Pickup) •It is a delivery method where a fan picks up their tickets right at the event about 90 minutes to 2 hours before the event.
•The fan or cardholder may pick up tickets at Will Call before the event.
•The fan or cardholder must provide a Credit Card used for purchase, photo identification, and order number.
•If alternate Will Call pick up is available, the fan must provide their photo ID, credit card used to purchase, and order number to pick up the tickets.
•Often, the alternate Will Call Pick Up must be someone with the same last name as the purchaser.

Mobile Entry •It is a delivery method where the fan’s mobile phone becomes their ticket, and the ticket can’t be printed or emailed to them.
•This delivery method is available if the fan purchased the ticket online on ticketmaster.com, livenation.com or the Ticketmaster app.
•To view the tickets, fans must sign into ticketmaster.com via the web browser or the Ticketmaster App on their mobile phone with the same email used to purchase the ticket.
•Fans located outside of the US or Canada can access their mobile tickets through the Mobile App or by saving the tickets to their digital wallet from the mobile web browser.
•The fan may contact Fan Support Representatives if tickets were not received or can’t be viewed on mobile.

SMS Box •SMSBox is a TMWin command available for eligible US & Canadian primary orders. The fan may contact Fan Support Representatives if tickets are not received so we can set up SMS Box delivery.
•It is a delivery method where a fan receives an SMS text or email with a link to view their tickets from their My Account.
•Setting this up is not available online. A fan must reach out to a Fan Support Representative for assistance.
•The fan must sign into their My Account through the link to view their ticket(s) barcodes.

eTicket Bundle •It is an electronic delivery method. Recommended for all fans to view their tickets on a mobile device or print them out

UPS Delivery •UPS is a delivery method that aims to deliver hard stock tickets no more than 3-5 business days after the order is printed.
•UPS packages will be sent to the verified billing address on file with the order.
•Unable to deliver to Post Office box and APO/FPO.
•Signature may be required.
•UPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.
•The fan may contact Fan Support Representatives if tickets were not received.
• The fan’s order can be tracked using "Search via Reference Number (fan's Order Number)” on the fan's website.
