I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to raise a concern regarding my absence on New Year’s Eve, January 31, 2024, Manila time. I was requested to take pre-VTO prior to that date. However, I have learned that nine agents from a single team were approved for pre-VTO on the same date.

From my understanding, based on information from my former supervisor/coach, the approval for pre-VTO should be limited to one agent per team. I am seeking clarification on why there appears to be a discrepancy in the approval process.
