I see that you need your pin. No worry, if you forgot your pin you may try to reset it using the T-Mobile App and in order for you to do that you may simple follow these easy steps :

Tap MORE.
Tap Profile settings.
Tap T-Mobile ID.
Select the PIN/Passcode section.
Enter and confirm a new PIN/Passcode
Click Save. You will be sent a text confirming the PIN/Passcode update request.
To request a port out pin. Here's the easy steps to get it in the App:

Select Account or More.
Select Profile Settings.
Select Line Settings.
Select Request a transfer PIN.
