When my order will be shipped/with PDD

Resolution:

As I have checked it here, I can see that your order (order#) is currently being processed on the back end. Though, we do no have specific date when it will be shipped, rest assured that once your package is forwarded to our courier, you will be notified right away together with the tracking number and you can expect the delivery on or before (PDD).

RELEASED STATUS I do apologize but as per checking your order is already in process on our distribution center.
