Rental Vehicle:

• "Try contacting the rental car company for more info. Sometimes they add charges for E-ZPass trips or unpaid tolls to your bill.
• If they say there wasn’t an E-ZPass mounted, say the following:
• The license plate may be associated with the rental company’s E-ZPass account. Again, I think it’s a good idea for you to reach out to the rental car company."

When a bus company requests to have their buses added to the Exemption List:

• "The process is pretty simple. First, you’ll obtain and register your E-ZPass.
• Then, you’ll submit a short form with your name, contact information, E-ZPass number(s) and bus license plate number(s).
• We’ll take it from there and let you know when your application is approved."
