Why would I still pay for a lost/stolen phone?

During the term of this device installment agreement, you agreed to the terms and condition wherein you are entirely responsible for any and all loss, theft, or damage to the equipment. Regardless of whether the phone is lost, taken or harmed, you stay committed for the complete the installments.
