Can i have the sim # please? It's located at the back of the SIM and consists of 16-19 digits. It usually starts with 8901. Just a heads up! Contacts stored on the SIM card/ESIM will not automatically transfer to the new SIM/ESIM, they need to be backed up. Also, voicemail and downloaded Visual Voicemail will be deleted if the SIM changes. All good with this?
 
Thanks for waiting. The sim/esim change is now being processed. You may receive SMS asking permission to get the sim/esim changed. If there's no response after 10 mins, Sim/Esim will automatically update. Have you received an sms?
 
I see here that the esim is now associated to line . What you'll need to do now is scan a qr code to complete the process. I can send it via email. May I have your email address?
