Good day! My name is Mike Jerome Orcajada . I'm 21 years old and I'm 3rd year college undergrad on the program of BS Psychology. I recently had a one-month seasonal experience working in a call center environment where I handled customer concerns and assisted clients with their inquiries. During that time, I developed skills in communication, patience, and problem-solving while ensuring customers received the best service possible.

Even though my experience was short-term, it helped me understand how the BPO industry works and strengthened my ability to work under pressure and follow company procedures. I’m eager to continue learning, improve my customer service skills, and contribute positively to your team.

  1. Why should we hire you?

I believe you should hire me because I am hardworking, willing to learn, Even though my experience is only one month as a seasonal agent, I was able to develop my communication and problem-solving skills. I am confident that with proper training, I can contribute positively to the team and provide excellent service to customers.

  1. How do you handle an angry customer?

If I encounter an angry customer, I would first remain calm and listen carefully to their concern without interrupting. I would show empathy and let them know that I understand their frustration. After that, I would try my best to find the best possible solution based on the company’s guidelines and make sure the customer feels heard and assisted.

  1. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

In five years, I see myself growing within the company, improving my skills, and gaining more experience in the BPO industry. I hope to become a more knowledgeable employee who can contribute more to the team, and if given the opportunity, I would also like to take on bigger responsibilities in the future.
