IMS means Information Mgmt. System. 
Stores members' account info, including deposits and redemptions of account miles. 

CIS Customer information system aka Customer Database.

IMS and OPAL Times out within 12 minutes and you will see the PIMS. After 30 minutes of idle time you will be automatically logged out.

"5DN" use the code when we are going to donate miles or charity, 

"5MP" use the code when we are to change name, mileage plus, credit card.

"5PO" use the code when you need to override the policy. Manually add or delete miles. 

"GDW-ADJ" means goodwill adjustment for adding miles.

"5US" means update status screen. shows if the account is closed permanently or temporarily.  it is also used for flags closed, deceased or return. This is still upon review depending on the amount of miles in the account.

"5WI" Withdrawal inquiry. Use to view an award withdrawal. Asterisk is an indication that the miles has been redeposited. 

"5DM" to locate which account miles has been credited. put the ticket number after the mileage plus account number. 

"5SK" to know if the account is active
