I wanted to share a helpful feature you might find useful in Samson—hotkeys. By using them, you can navigate and complete tasks much faster. For instance, you can press CTRL+L to instantly open the subscriber list.

FUTURE DATED SOC

Thank you for reaching out about the issue with the mobile number change. I see now that a future-dated SOC is blocking the line from being activated. I will temporarily remove the SOC and add it back after we finish updating the number. Normally, you can do this yourself; however, since there’s a delay and the customer are waiting, I’ll resolve it for you this time.

INTRA PORTS STUCK IN PROCESS WITHIN 2 HOURS

"Thank you so much for your patience! I’m glad you reached out our department so we can work on the port request together. After checking, I found that the main reason the request hasn’t completed is because the date and time on the port is still within 2 hours.

Here’s the good news: I'll be monitoring the request until it completes and keep the customer updated. And, moving forward the next time you work similar process kindly check the date and time on the request and Add 2 hours timeframe prior on the date indicated on it.
