Before removing the protection plan on your watch, please consider the following advisements: = Once the protection plan is removed, it cannot be re-added. This means that if any damage or issues occur with your watch after the removal of the protection plan, you will be responsible for all repair or replacement costs. = The protection plan offers benefits such as coverage for accidental damage, mechanical or electrical breakdown, loss, and theft. Without this plan, these incidents will not be covered. = If you're considering removing the protection plan due to cost, consider the potential high cost of out-of-pocket repairs or replacement for your watch. The protection plan could potentially save you from these costs. = If you're considering a new watch or device, remember that a new protection plan will need to be added within a certain timeframe of the new device purchase. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Bill cycle change advisement: before we process your request here, (name) here's our advisement when we change our due date. 1. As you are billed just after your billing cycle begins, you will have two bill payments due in a short amount of time if you move your account to a new billing cycle. •Customer is billed a full bill following the cycle change based on their previous cycle date. •The next statement received is from the old cycle date to the end of the new cycle close date which generates prorated charges. 2. Automatic bill credits for service promotions aren't applied to prorated charges and will continue the next full billing cycle after your cycle change. 3. All bills afterward will be one month’s charges, with your new billing cycle and due date. 4. Installments for Extended Payment Schedules will be included on each new billing statement, including those prorated due to the billing cycle change. 5. Equipment Installment Plans and JUMP! on Demand monthly device charges will be included on each new billing statement, including those prorated due to the billing cycle change. 6. If you are set up on AutoPay, your payments will automatically process according to your original due date, and your new due date once your cycle change goes into effect. ----------------------------------------------------------------- PORT IN ADVISEMENT = Thank you so much! Please be advised that the port in process may happen within minutes but can take up to 24 hours. Port-ins from an existing wireless carrier can take up to 24 hours, though it is generally much faster, as quick as 10 to 30 minutes. Landline port-ins can take longer, up to 10 business days, though fewer days is typical. Keep your service active with the other carrier while porting. You'll get a text message from T-Mobile to let you know the porting process started. Save any voicemails you want to keep. Your old voicemail box and any voicemails are deleted. If your phone number is being replaced, the voicemail box resets when the port completes. We recommend backing up your contacts and text messages before transferring your number to T-Mobile. If you're calling on the number being ported, this call may be disconnected when we start the porting process. You'll get a text message from T-Mobile to let you know the porting process started. Save any voicemails you want to keep. Your old voicemail box and any voicemails are deleted. If your phone number is being replaced, the voicemail box resets when the port completes. Are we good to proceed? ----------------------------------------------------------------- Activate E-Sim: Here are the advisements for activating of an ESIM: Contacts stored on the SIM card will not automatically transfer to the new SIM, they need to be backed up. While most changes occur within minutes, it may take up to 2 hours for the new SIM to activate. Turn off the device and turn it back on during the two-hour time frame until a ‘Welcome to T-Mobile’ text message is received. You'll receive a text message on the line the sim card was activated and once received, please reply for an approval. If we haven't receive any response within 15-30 minutes, SIM card will be change automatically. Shall we proceed? ----------------------------------------------------------------- AutoPay NAME, just to set your expectation: AutoPay funds will be withdrawn approximately 2 days before the billing due date. There may be up to a $1 temporary authorization on the credit card while setting up AutoPay. Check voicemail and save any desired messages prior to cancelling to ensure no messages are missed. Once your phone number has been cancelled, you will no longer have access to your My T-Mobile account through your app or online. All lines cancelled 60+ days must have a new SIM card to resume service. The installment plan charges will be accelerated within two bill cycles. Return the Home Internet gateway within 14 days of the return order. You do not need to return the power cords. The line requested to cancel will be cancelled by the end of your billing period (date) to avoid any prorated charges to your next billing periods. You'll receive a free text message with the new mobile number. Once received, please turn your phone off, then back on. 2. Mobile number changes are completed within 2 to 4 hours. 3. Your voicemail box will be deleted and all old messages will be lost, so make sure to save voicemails you wish to keep. 4. Text messages that are saved to the device may be deleted. 5. You may lose retired rate plans or features and previously purchased Caller Tunes. Caller Tunes cannot be resent or refunded. 6. If you have a My T-Mobile account, you don't need to re-register. Your existing password works with the new mobile number. 7. If you use the T-Mobile app you need to clear app cache and data. See Devices > customer's device > Apps & accessories > Manage apps doc or send the Support doc to the customer. 8. Call records for the old phone number will no longer be available on My T-Mobile. 9. Wait 24 hours after the mobile number change before accessing My T-Mobile with the new number.
