Thank you for patiently waiting, Jessica. If you would like you can process an upgrade for the IPhone14 pro max without having to trade in and what just gonna happen is the installment for the z fold will continue until it is fully paid., but we can still get the new IPhone14 promax. Are you good with this?
That's a great question, In order for the phone to qualify for the trade in, we need to pay it off first. But no worries, you can still process a standard upgrade.
Great question! The standard upgrade is when we purchase a new device for the line without any trade in
Alternatively we also have the JUMP options so that once you pay the 50% of the iPhone 14 pro max, you can upgrade to a new one. For this it would be downpayment of $349.99 and the monthly would be $26. Woul you like to more about this
That's a great question! Seeing here that the Z fold is not eligible to the jump upgrade. But good thing, the JUMP can be added once you purchase the new Iphone 14 pro max.
JUMP On DEMAND No worries, I definitely got you. Let me explain how the JUMP On Demand process works. Actually, JUMP! On Demand (JOD) is an 18-month lease agreement that lets you change your leased device once every 30 days. Unlike the normal Equipment Installment Device (EIP) which is 24 months that you're stuck up with 1 device only.
JOD But with JOD you have the freedom to find the best suitable device that you've wanted and once you finally want to keep the device; All you need to do is to finish the 18-month lease agreement and pay the Purchase Option Price (POP) found on your lease agreement.
POP If you take no action, the POP will automatically be added to your billing statement 30 days after the end of your lease agreement.
But if you don't prefer the one-time charge for the Purchase Option Price (POP), T-Mobile make it easier for you since we also have an option to have an Installment option for it and it called Purchase Option Installment Plan (POIP). It allows you to have an optional no-interest, (9) nine-month installment plan to pay and settle the Purchase Option Price once you want to keep the device.
Good news is that you can set up the Purchase Option Installment Plan (POIP) after the lease agreement using the T-Mobile application, you could definitely check this link for easier access in setting up the POIP: https://www.t-mobile.com/support/account/buy-a-t-mobile-device
I could see here that last XXXX you were been charge for the POP amount of $XXXX. Would you like to process it via Purchase Option Installment Plan (POIP) instead?
