Gotcha right there, Anna! It's just that for our customer's security, we don't have access to transcripts or contents of the text messages and calls that is being sent/receive on your lines. But I can assure you that you can check your calls, texts and data usage summary using your T-Mobile app! Here's how:

• Log in to the T-Mobile app .
• On the Home tab, tap Your usage or Get the details.
• Select Usage by a summary by line, then select a line to view a summary of Data, Messages, Calls, and Mobile Hotspots use.
