Log in to My.T-Mobile.com . Navigate to Account. Scroll down and select line under Line Details. Scroll down and select Check Order Status. Follow the on-screen instructions to check order status or track shipping. Select the offer for the applicable trade-in device. Select the plus (+) sign to review the offer details under Trade-in Device.
