Hi Im Kale Antonette Ramos
but feel free to call me Kale—just like the veggie. 
I’m 25 years old based in the Philippines.
I graduated Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in human resource and I’m  a positive person, trainable, self-motivated, and trustworthy person. 

I bring a total four 3 experience in the BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative with experience of being a mentor in training department , I also have a 10months in a work-from-home setup, so power interruptions will not be a problem because I already have my own back up.

and with My experience it helped me grow both professionally and personally, 
I’ve gained more knowledge and developed my skills that greatly enhanced my ability to provide excellent good customer service and I am motivated by the opportunity to continuously learn and  grow. 

Actually, I’ve been waiting for this opportunity for nearly five months, regularly checking my WhatsApp in hopes of a response. Now im so thankful that I’ve finally been given the chance, I want to assure you, Ma’am, that I’m fully committed. I will do my best and utilize all my knowledge, skills, and experience to contribute effectively to your team.
