Fan Experience: Purchase a Presale Ticket

  1. open the email to view presale details
  2. scroll down and click tickets instead of clicking you should right-click the button to continue.
  3. Open the link in new tab to proceed to the website.
  4. scroll down to check availability, then The EVENTS tab will display the artist's name, event date and venue. then click Find tickets.
  5. Click I Agree to continue
  6. The modal window will ask for the presale password, which was emailed to you.
  7. Click OK to proceed
  8. The page displays the event venue. you can select preferred seats from the available seating chart. A legend indicates the seating availability and the ticket type. then, Click More Info.
  9. Scroll down to know more
  10. Select the section and your preferred seats, after that click the window
  11. The price breakdown, including other fees will be displayed click the arrow button
  12. Click NEXT to proceed to checkout.
  13. Enter the following details and click sign in.
  14. Scroll down to find Payment section, type your 4 digits CVV from the card to proceed the payment.
  15. You can select the total amount, then click arrow then click the box, click Place Order to complete the ticket purchase.
  16. Scroll down until you find a Manage My Tickets, then click it.
  17. Click See Details, Scroll down to locate these details scroll down to locate the order number and ticket delivery method.
  18. Go back to your gmail inbox and you will receive the confirmation email from Ticketmaster. Click the email to open it.
  19. Scroll down to view the payment summary.
