Make sure the T-Mobile app is on the latest version before attempting these steps.

*** T-Mobile / my.T-Mobile.com steps***

-Log in to your account on T-Mobile.com . -On the top right corner, select My Account. -Select Profile. -Select Line Settings. -Select Request a Transfer PIN. -Select Get a Transfer PIN. -You will be directed to verify their identity. -Please select a phone number to receive a text OTP. -Select Continue. -You will need to enter 6-digit OTP. -Select Continue. -You need provide that PIN to their NSP.

ACCOUNT NUMBER

If you have a postpaid account, like one of our Magenta plans, you can find your account number on My T-Mobile.

-Log in to My T-Mobile with your T-Mobile ID and password. -Click Account in the upper-left corner, then your account number is displayed at the top right of the Account screen.

For the device connection fee you will still pay for it today if we proceed with the upgrade but no worries we can credit the $35 the on your bill. Would you like to proceed?

You can follow these steps on this link to set up a payment arrangement online for free :

T-Mobile App

  1. Open the app.
  2. Tap Pay Now.
  3. Scroll to and tap Payment Arrangement.
  4. Follow the prompt until you reach the option to Agree and Submit.

***My T-Mobile ***

  1. Go to My T-Mobile and log in your account
  2. Go to My T-Mobile and log in your account 3 .View the Set up a payment arrangement schedule presented.
  3. Review Payment Method. Previously stored payment method will show if available.
  4. Review the confirmation screen and select Set up a payment arrangement.
  5. Read the Terms & Conditions and click Agree and submit.

Log in to the T-Mobile app. Select the MORE tab, select Profile. Select Billing & Payments, then select AutoPay. Select Add a card or Add a bank. Enter the required payment method information, and select Continue. Select Agree and submit.

Select Set up AutoPay Select Add a card or Add a bank. Enter the required payment method information, and select Continue. Select Agree and submit. To check for AutoPay discount eligibility, go to the Account tab, select on your plan details to view discount eligibility, if applicable

Order tracking: Self-service

T-Mobile app

Open the app. Scroll to and tap Track shipment to get the latest update on the location of the package. Or Open the app. Select More. Select Contact Us. Scroll to and select Check order status.

Pay your bill

-Open the app. If you don't have it, download it now. -Tap BILL. -Scroll to and tap Make a payment. -Select the amount to pay, the date to make the payment on, and the payment method. T-ap Agree and Submit.

EIP payments

Open the app. If you don't have it, download it now. Tap BILL. Under the Make a payment option, select More payment options. Select View device payment plans. Select the device /line that you want to make a payment for. Select Make a payment and follow the instructions to make an EIP payment.

Find your account number: Self-Service

-Open the app and tap BILL -Tap Set up a Payment Arrangement. This will only appear if there is a balance due -View the Set Payment Arrangement schedule presented -Tap Continue -Read the Terms & Conditions and tap Agree & Submit. -Review the confirmation screen with the PA details, discount removal and AutoPay un-enrollment information, if applicable.

Pay your bill

Note: These steps apply to Business accounts with 20 lines or fewer.

Go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account. Click BILL. Click Pay Now.

Open the app.

Tap BILL. Scroll to and tap Make a payment. Select the amount to pay, the date to make the payment on, and the payment method. Tap Agree and Submit.

*** Pay as a guest***

-Go to My T-Mobile. -Click Pay as a Guest - No Login Required. Depending on which bill you'd like to pay for, choose T-Mobile or Sprint. -Enter the mobile number or the account number you would like to make a payment for. -Tap the 'I am not a robot' checkbox or answer the security challenge (i.e., tap image boxes that contain the descriptions). -Click Next. -Enter the payment amount and payment method details. -Click Agree & Submit. -The account holder will receive an automatic SMS notification of payment and email receipt if selected during the process.
