How does Coinstar work?
  - just pour your coins in a tray or a slots for counting, please make sure that your coins must be clean and dry so that it will not affect the counting process.
After that their will be an option that you might choose CASH,E-GIFT CARD or CHARITY DONATION. If you choose Donation u can keep your receipt as ur records, for an E-GIFT CARD u can use that anytime at store, restaurant in online and if u choose CASH u can take ur cash voucher at  the cashier and please make sure also that u claim that at the same day as i was issued.

Is there a charge to use a Coinstar kiosk?
    - It depends on the location, if u use E-GIFT CARD thier's no fee on that but u use CASh their will be a 12.9 +0.99 transaction fee.

Do I need to sort my coins before using the Coinstar kiosk?
No there is no need, well be the one or machine will do the thing, all u need to wait for the receipt then u can used it.

Do i have to redeem in cash ?
    - It depends upon you, u can use it as CASH, E-GIFT CARD or any CHARITY DONATION

Do I have to redeem the cash voucher at the store where I cash in my coins?
    - Yes, must redeem ur cash the same day as it was issued.
