Make sure your app is currently up to date.
For now, we recommend performing basic troubleshooting steps such as signing out and signing back in or clearing the cache in the storage.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to uninstall the application and reinstall it with the latest update.
Tap on the Settings icon, then select General. Next, tap on the iPhone Storage section. You will see a list of all apps along with their storage usage. Please find the Postmates application and select, and you should see the option to clear the cache.
