First Responder/Military verifications steps:

1. Log in to T-Mobile.com, or or open the T-Mobile app and log in (learn how to install the app).
2. On T-Mobile.com, choose Profile from the menu. In the app, select More and then Profile Settings.
3. Select Military Verification.
4. Select your Military Status and enter any required information into the form for the military person on the account or the registered family member if selecting Gold Star.
5. Select Submit Information.
