-A product database wherein you can locate some of our specific products.

-The Masterlist is a product database. It is one of the most important tools available to you for answering customer's product questions.  
 
-The website is the primary resource for updated product information. If the information you're looking for isn't on the web, use the Masterlist as your second resource.
 

Masterlist is not tied to inventory:
It is a product information database only. Use Inventory Inquiry or the website to determine availability for a given product.

Masterlist Search Options:

-The Masterlist Search has options for both basic and advanced searches that can help you find what you need in the masterlist. Remember, each brand’s Masterlist will only contain information on that brand’s products.  
 
-Search results will appear as a list of products with detailed product information. 

Basic Search:

-Search results are displayed in order of lowest price to highest price.  

Word:
-Every item with that word 
in the Item Description.
 
Word Order:
-Type words in any order.
 
Item Numbers:
-Remove the prefix, i.e. for item
CG-4205X, type 4205x. You may use the suffix or leave it off.  
 
Compare Items:
-Add a + between item numbers, i.e. 4205+4559.  

Price:
-Enter a “$” in front of the number. Results will display items within a $10 value range.
 
Narrow a Price search:
-Type "$50 pear” to display items with “pear” in the description priced at $40 - $60.  
 
Plurals:
-Search is plural sensitive. If you type cookies, it will not find "Deluxe Cookie Basket" because the word "cookies" is not in that Item Description. 

Partial Word:
-To see results with both "strawberry" and "strawberries" try strawber.

Advanced Search:

-Click Advanced Search to search for Kosher items, Subscription Eligible items, items that can ship to Foreign/Canadian addresses, sale-priced items, etc. Click each green check mark       at right to learn more.

-The Club dropdown displays two lists to select the number of shipments and the starting month.

-NOTE: We recommend using the Clubs Articles when searching for clubs. Use KA-01542 for Harry and David and KA-01113 for Wolferman's Bakery.

Search Tips and Tricks:

-If you searched the Masterlist and can't find what you are looking for, take the following next steps: 
 
-Check to make sure you're in the correct brand's masterlist
 
-If searching for a club to start in a future month, you can find the item number on the Clubs pages in the Knowledge Articles. 
 
-Check the item number. The masterlist will only find the item if you enter it without the prefix. The suffix is optional.
 
-If you need assistance, reach out to your Team Supervisor.
 
-When searching by keyword, you must type it exactly in order to be found. Check your spelling!
 
-Note: The masterlist will only show items that have a first availability date of 90 days in the future or less.
 

Product Availability:

Definition of Availability:

-Availability means IF there is inventory, the item will ship anytime during the date range shown. It is not a guarantee that inventory is actually available. These dates may not be accurate, use Inventory Inquiry or the website to determine availability. 
 
Month-Only Availability:
 
-Most seasonal fruits are Month-Only items. This means that we pick and pack the fruit as it ripens throughout the month.

-These items DO NOT, CANNOT, and WILL NOT, have a specific arrive-by date in the system.  

-How do we explain this to customers? 
 
Week-Only Availability:
 
-Occasionally, we do offer month-only fruit to arrive during a specific week or Holiday. These are referred to as Week Only.

-When a week-only item is entered, it will implant a 2-digit code. Hover over the code to see the actual week-of date. The date will be a Monday and the item will arrive sometime that week.


Here is scripting to explain a month-dated item to your customer:

"The delivery of this item depends on the harvest, and I cannot provide a specific arrive-by date. We'll ship your [ITEM NAME] to arrive sometime during the month of [MONTH]."
