BROADBAND SERVICE CODES REFERENCE
📋 EBB CLEANSING PROCEDURE
Scenario: Current TV service is not on FLEX, and the customer wants to switch to Essential Broadband Plus with Flex or a regular package — but renewal cannot be completed due to discount code conflicts.
Steps for Cleansing:
- @CM (F2): Type CS, enter selection type 1, then use reason code ZZ
- Next screen (36): Remove all TV service codes
- Next screen (37): Remove all discount codes
- Next screen (38): Remove all landline service codes
- Final screen: Type CP to confirm and complete
