Markdown with declined/response codes is disputable since as per RTA, the response code appears on 2022-08-09 which is 6 days after the settlement date of the disputed transaction. We notate the declined codes observed on RTA if it's 2days prior the authorization of the disputed transaction, and 2days after the settlement of the disputed transaction. As for the deny codes within the UT timeline, that it should be notated even though it has no connection with the disputed transaction, we have been informed on the last week of August, just a week before the
Other markdown, re: Missed Evidence. I did not upload the compelling evidence on Inspector. It is a shortcoming on my end for the reason that I am still a little bit overwhelmed with the process since I am still new in this account, just a few days short into 3months. Moving forward, I will be more mindful and always take the time to review if I have completed accordingly the whole process of investigating and closing the case.
