Roll Over

• As long as the previous fuel points are visible at EHH, we can still do the courtesy Roll over.
• Before doing the Roll over, search the word "Roll" to contacts to verify if it is already 1 rolling year.
• Just click - If you will debit or DEDUCT the points from previous months
• Click + if you will add the points to the current month
• Any changes must update at Contacts. For example:

  Case number: xxxx Roll over xxxx point from xxxxx to xxxx 1/1
  How to earn fuel points:

  There are 3 ways for you to earn Fuel points. These are the following options:

1. First, you'll be able to get 1 fuel points for every $1 spend in store or thru online purchase.
2. Second option, you'll earn double fuel points once you purchase a 3rd party gift card. For example, Starbucks gift cards.
3. Third option is thru the Prescription or Pharmacy Rewards based on the eligibility (For non-federally funded Prescriptions that is 30-day, you'll earn 25 Fuel Points and 75 Fuel Points for each 90-day prescription. Then for federally funded Prescriptions, you'll get 1 Fuel Point for every $1 of your out-of-pocket costs)
4. The last option is thru Survey Receipt where you can earn 50 fuel points for each completed survey.

• You’ll earn 50 fuel points for completing a survey within a 7-day period. This means that if you have two survey invitations, you can still only earn 50 fuel points in that week. After 7 full days, you can earn another 50 fuel points by completing a new survey.
• Survey invitations are only valid within 7 days.
• The survey invitations are printed at the bottom of the receipt tape. You will be able to see the receipt on Instore Purchase or thru Pharmacy.
• If you're unable to see the Survey invitation, you may verify the following information:
• First, you must have a shopping history on your loyalty account.
• In case you have a new card or recently added a new card, it may take up to six months before the new loyalty card receives a Survey invitation.
• At the invitation, you will be prompt to enter your correct loyalty number, however in case you failed to enter the correct loyalty card number after 3rd attempt, you will be move on to the next survey.

How to redeem:

• You can redeem the fuel point at participating fuel centers. For Every 100 Fuel Points you can get 10₵ discount per gallon!
• Maximum of 1,000 fuel points per transaction or $1 discount per gallon.
• Redeeming is easy. Enter your alt ID and follow the pump prompt instructions to redeem your Fuel Points.

1. Options 1: Allows you to get the maximum fuel points of the previous month
2. Option 2. Allows you to get the maximum fuel points of the current month
3. Option 3: Enter the amount you want to use in 10¢ per gallon increments. The system will always pull from previous months balance first. You can choose the month that you preferred in $.10 cents increment. (If there is only 3 options, Option 3 right now will be excluded)
4. Option 4: If you currently don't have any fuel points and Save upto 3¢ per gallon using your loyalty ID. This refer to street discount.

FAQs

• Is there a limit to how many Fuel Points I can earn? -- There is no limit to the number of Fuel Points that you can earn each month.
• When do Fuel Points expire? -- Fuel Points expire the last day of the month after they are earned. For example, Fuel Points earned in May expire on June 30th. Monthly balances do not combine across months – each month is a separate earning period.
• How can I track my Fuel Points? -- You can see how many Fuel Points you have earned on your receipt. You can also check your Fuel Points balance on our website or mobile app.
• Where can I redeem my Fuel Points? -- Fuel Points can be redeemed at our Kroger Family of Stores Fuel Centers and participating Shell locations. To find the redemption location near you, you may visit: https://www.kroger.com/stores/search
• Is there a limit to how much I can redeem? -- At Kroger Family of Stores Fuel Centers you can redeem up to 1,000 Fuel Points for $1 off per gallon. Fuel Points are redeemable in 100 point increments, up to 35 gallons of unleaded, mid-grade, premium, diesel or E85. Not all stations may have all grades, credit and debit card fraud prevention policies or regional regulations may limit transaction at the dispenser. At participating Shell locations, you can redeem 100 Fuel points for 10¢ off per gallon.
• Can I select the balance that I want to redeem my Fuel Points from? -- This option is only available at Kroger Family of stores Fuel Centers, to use a portion of your Fuel Points, simply follow the prompts to select which month’s Fuel Point balance and the discount amount you want to use.
• If I don’t have any Fuel Points to redeem can I still get a discount? -- Yes! At Kroger Family of Stores Fuel Centers, members or our loyalty program are eligible to receive a discount when not using Fuel Points. Simply scan your Shoppers Card or enter your Alt-ID to and receive a discount 3₵ off gallon.
• I’m going on a road trip, can I redeem my Fuel Points along the way? -- Your Fuel Points travel with you across our family of brands, you can redeem your Fuel Points at any of our participating redemption locations, even if you are far away from home!

Fuel Redemption Rules

• Only purchases of eligible items made with your Shoppers or Loyalty Card from The Kroger Co. Family of Stores are eligible for points. Not valid in Missouri or where prohibited by law. Excludes fuel purchases, gift cards/certificates, lottery, mail-order services, money orders, postage stamps, product deposit (if applicable), service fees (including pickup and delivery), promotional tickets, tax, and tobacco. Alcohol, fluid milk, and milk products are excluded in some areas. Some Pharmacy exclusions apply. The program can be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
• Fuel redemption offer is for one purchase of fuel not to exceed 35 gallons, subject to credit and debit card fraud prevention limits on the amount of purchase and gallon limits less than 35 gallons by order of local officials in certain jurisdictions (typically during specific hours of operation when fuel dispensing equipment is unsupervised). We reserve the right to charge a minimum amount per gallon if the discount is greater than the price per gallon. Selling or purchasing fuel points is prohibited. No discounts to dealers, wholesalers, or fleet programs. No cash back. We may suspend or remove you from the fuel program due to violation of these terms or because of fraudulent activity or suspected fraudulent activity. Not valid with any other fuel offer.
• Gift Cards have no value until activated. The following gift cards are excluded from fuel point earning: The Kroger Co. Family of Stores Gift Cards, Green Dot® prepaid reloadable products, MoneyPaks® and American Express® Variable Load, Visa® Variable Load, 1-2-3 REWARDS® Reloadable Visa® Prepaid Debit Card and MasterCard® Variable Load Gift Cards.
