Protection 360

Please be advised that once it is removed, we can no longer add it back. You can only add insurance within 30 days of device purchase. Also, Protection 360 extends your device warranty and it has the ability to upgrade early as long as you paid at least 50% of the device full retail price.

Would you like to proceed on removing this feature?

Sorry to hear about that, to be honest with you, manual enrollment really needs to be requested first but this time, I will make sure this will push through. I will also need to call the store for you since we don't tolerate misinformation since we really value our customer's here in T-Mobile like you.

Your sentiment is being heard, Michelle, and allow me to explain how our bill cycle works.

Your bill cycle starts every 26th of the month and ends every 25th while your original due date is every 18th of the month though Autopay deducts your payment every 16th since it requires 2 days timeframe to process payment. If you will notice, your bill due date is one week ahead on your close date. This is for us to ensure that you were able to settle your bill while already using the service. Therefore, we can all move forward on your next bill since everything has been settled or get an extension in case you need time to settle your bill.

Rest assured that your services such as data usage will be refreshed every 26th of the month. Was I able to clarify this to you before we proceed on checking options for your upgrade?
