MID CYCLE

It shows here that what you had before was only a home internet line. You activated 3 voice lines dated 9/7. The previous you paid was only for a home internet line that is why the bill cycle 8/29 - 9/28 was only $55. These voice lines were activated mid of the cycle when the bill was already generated. This $107.33 prorated charge is supposed to be a part of the previous bill. This is the charge for the dates (9/7 - 9/28). Technically, what you supposed to pay last month was $162.33 because of the new lines added. We just forwarded the charge for the voice lines to this current bill. Moving forward, your monthly bill should only be $180. This only happen because of this mid cycle change made on your account. I hope this clear things out.
