Fall OFF

I have some exciting news to share with you! After a thorough review of your account, it appears that we can establish a new payment arrangement to extend your payments. The only thing we need to do is wait for your current payment arrangement to expire since your account is only 6 days past due. Once the current arrangement expires, you can create a new one. Typically, your arrangement will expire within 24-48 hours after missing an installment.

Sounds good?/Sounds like a plan?/Isn't that great?

If cx ask why did we stop deleting their arrangement as we did before:

I understand and agree that we were able to reset payment arrangements before, but please understand that we did this due to the pandemic to assist everyone in times of need. Now that things are returning to normal, we are reinstating our regular policy for payment arrangements. We can only reset your arrangement if it is made within 24 hours or if there are changes to the scheduled payment amount. I hope you understand, customer.

IF THE CUSTOMER REJECTS

I acknowledge your concern and will consult with my supervisor about the possibility of removing the current arrangement to facilitate immediate setup of a new one. Please wait for a sec.
