 The account got suspended. We were able to restore the service as one time courtesy. MOVING FORWARD, the customer needs to settle the minimum payment of xxxx to set up a new arrangement to prevent any service interruption.  This is only a one time courtesy restoration and moving forward, we won't be able to restore it.

Customer was able to settle the minimum payment and set up a new arrangement for payment extension.  Since the customer was able to set up a new arrangement, we will be closing all the fwps that we've set up on a daily basis to confirm if they have an active service. New arrangement is schedule by xxxx.
