Fall off The best recommendation we could make is to leave the arrangement as is. When you miss the arrangement, it doesn't necessarily mean that it will fail right away. If you can settle the arrangement before it fails it will still count towards the agreement and let you continue the arrangement. Wait for our system to automatically delete your current payment arrangement. Should the arrangement fall off and account gets suspended you can set up a new one which will restore the account. This may incur restore fee charges of $20.00/line up to max $60.00/account (per instance regardless of how many lines). It will also ask you to pay a minimum amount due before setting up a new payment method. ------------------------------------------------------ We do see here that your current arrangement on the account is still active and even though it is tagged as failed, nothing to worry, we can guarantee you that as long as the arrangement is active on your account your service will for sure be active and secured until it is deleted by the system. We totally understand your situation as I am also a customer myself and want you to stay connected always. Rest assured that once the payment arrangement is deleted by the system which you will be notified, you can definitely set up a new arrangement to secure your account while keeping up with your dues. *Then you can definitely process a payment for the minimum amount on the Thursday and once done, you can set up a payment for the remaining balance and keep the account active moving forward. Sounds like a plan?
