Pay Your Bill:

Here's the steps on how to make a payment:

  1. Open the app. If you don't have it, download it now.
  2. Tap BILL.
  3. Scroll to and tap Make a payment.
  4. Select the amount to pay, the date to make the payment on, and the payment method.

Pay as Guest:

  1. Open the T-Mobile app.
  2. On the app login screen, tap Pay as a guest.
  3. Depending on which bill you'd like to pay for, choose T-Mobile
  4. Enter the mobile number or the account number you would like to make a payment for.
  5. Re-enter the number to confirm.
  6. Tap the 'I am not a robot' checkbox or answer the security challenge (i.e., tap image boxes that contain the descriptions) and click verify.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Enter the payment amount.
  9. In the 'Payment details' field, tap Add a payment method.
  10. Select Apple Pay or Add a card. If adding a new card, enter your card details, then tap Select payment method.
  11. Enter your email address in the Email a receipt (optional) field if desired. The account holder will receive an automatic SMS notification of payment as well.
  12. Click Agree & Submit.

A $10 support fee is charged by the system when the payment arrangement is set by a representative, however we do understand how important it is to save every penny and we got you covered. Let me quickly provide you some steps through which you can set the arrangement on your own and save the $10 support fee and also the steps can be saved for future reference to save time as well.

You can follow these few steps for setting up a payment arrangement on your T-Mobile app:

  1. Open the app and tap BILL.
  2. Tap Set up a Payment Arrangement.
  3. Tap Continue and view the Amount.
  4. Tap Payment Method.
  5. Tap Continue, read the Terms & Conditions and tap Agree & Submit.
