  2. Homepage Greeting: What’s the first thing you see when you open the homepage? (Is it a banner, product, or promotion?) Answer: The first thinng I See when I open the Homepage is the red line with Promotios of 20% with Codes and also Celebration Passport. There lot of promotions.

  3. Gift Baskets: Find the “Gift Baskets” section. What are three types of baskets you see? Answer: I see One of the famous Royal Veranos Pears, Premium Pears anf Oregold and last is deluxe Organic Fruit Gift Basket

  4. Occasions: Which special occasions are highlighted on the website (e.g., birthdays, holidays, sympathy)? Answer: I cant see highloghted but what I can see is all the occations are availble sp you have an options.

  5. Best Sellers: Locate the “Best Sellers” page. Which product stands out the most to you and why? Answer: For me the Classic Favorite Gift Basket because this is affordable and have a lot of item of frueits and choclates

  6. Pears: Harry & David is famous for a certain fruit. Can you find it on the website? Answer: Yes. Easy to fond just search Harry and david

  7. Shipping Info: Where can you learn about delivery/shipping options and timelines? Answer: I have no idea

  8. Personalization: Can you add a personalized message or card to a gift? Where do you see that option? Answer:Yes you can add personalized message ince you add the product to the cart they will offer an gift card but with additional of charges
